Product Introduction

Air-cooled modular unit is highly efficient and energy-saving devices that utilize the thermal energy in the air for heating, cooling 

and hot water supply. It absorbs low-temperature heat energy from the air,and through the action of the compressor and heat exchanger, transfers the heat energy to the room or water, achieving the regulation of indoor temperature and the supply of hot water.

1.Four-Way Electromagnetic Reversing Valve

Used in heat pump units to switch between cooling and heating cycles. When the solenoid coil is de-energized, the system operates in cooling mode; 

when energized, it switches to heating mode and performs vapor-liquid separation.

2.Heat Exchanger

Features a uniquely designed shell-and-tube heat exchanger with high heat transfer efficiency, low water quality requirements, and ease of cleaning and maintenance.

3.Compressor

Equipped with an EV vapor injection (enhanced) compressor (also referred to as a "supplemental gas injection compressor"), 

which increases compressor suction capacity and improves heating efficiency by approximately 20%.

This product series can operate normally and stably for heating even in low-temperature environments down to -30°C.

4.Liquid Receiver

Installed between the condenser and the expansion valve to store condensed refrigerant. 

It's function is to prevent excessive accumulation of liquid refrigerant in the condenser, which would reduce the effective heat transfer area and 

thereby ensure optimal heat transfer performance of the condenser.
