Product Application Scenarios
The D series cold air cooler is a cooling and temperature reduction equipment used in various cold storage facilities in
conjunction with Freon refrigeration units. According to the applicable temperature, it's divided into three series: DL, DD, and DJ.
The DL type air cooler is mainly suitable for cold storage at around 0℃.
The DD type air cooler is mainly suitable for refrigerated storage with a temp of around -18℃.
The DJ type air cooler is mainly suitable for cold storage freezer with temp ranging from -25℃ to -30℃.




Product Features
The shell is made of high-quality steel plate, with a surface plastic spray coating, which is corrosion-resistant and has a beautiful appearance.
The coil adopts a staggered arrangement and uses mechanical tube expansion to ensure a tight bond between the copper tubes and the aluminum sheets, resulting in excellent heat exchange performance.
High-quality stainless steel electric heating tubes are evenly distributed in the coil, providing excellent defrosting effect.
It adopts a double water pan structure, which can effectively prevent the water pan from freezing.
Long-distance air supply ducts can be adopted according to customer requirements.

Fan System
Extended air throw streamer ,air throw can reach to 70m;
Motor protection class IP54,insulation grade F;
Duct axical fan blades are made of casting aluminum;
Motor application temp:-45℃~50℃;
Lower noise fan is possible for special application conditions;
Motor power will be changed with the change of air temp and resistance.
Rapid Defrosting System
Electrical defrosting-stainless steel heating pipe,installed in fan,coil and water pan;
Water defrosting-water tray spraying;
Hot gas defrosting-hot gas pipe set in tray,energy saving and high efficiency,help oil return to compressor;
Conbine different defrosting ways together.
